Donate to CSS
Contribution checks can be mailed to our main office at 1363 W. Market Street, Smithfield, NC 27577. In the memo line on your check, please note if you would like to designate your contribution to a particular program.
All contributors will receive a letter confirming their tax deductibility.
Available programs from which to select could be:
CSS Endowment Fund, Birthdays/Anniversary Gifts, Crisis Fund, Program Operations, Memorials, or Planned Giving.
You can also contribute in honor or memory of a deceased person, in honor of a living person, or to our endowment program. Memorial gifts will be acknowledged to the appropriate family member. Living honorees will receive a personalized card. For any questions, contact us at 919-934-6066.

Community and Senior Services is a private non-profit organization (501c3). We receive federal, state and county dollars for portions of our programs. Several of the municipalities within our county also provide funding. We continually seek grant opportunities for new and expanded services. We are a partner agency of the United Way of the Greater Triangle. The North Carolina Community Foundation of Johnston County is also a provider of grants to us. The remainder of our funds comes from churches, civic clubs and individuals.
